FOR AGES 7-12
MON-THURS: AUGUST 15-18 | 9:30AM-12:30PM
Join us for a week of exploration, creativity and fun!
Darien’s history will come alive for campers in a relaxing environment, while they create several engaging projects after exploring our museum and exhibitions. Everyone will be inspired by our town’s history while learning to craft handmade paper, write with quills & ink, and sculpt pots and vases out of clay! Our colonial herb and flower garden and colorful quilts will inspire crafting natural dyes and botanical prints on fabric to complete a sewing project. This week will be led by a museum educator and visiting artist. Campers will also have time outdoors to play old-fashioned games before returning home with their own “masterpieces”.
