The Silhouette Lady returns to Museum of Darien at Open House event, Sunday, May 1st
Appointments are required and available from 10am-4pm to have children’s silhouettes created by The Silhouette Lady by calling Sarah at (203) 984-1798. A great gift for Mother’s Day, silhouettes cost $30, with framing at an additional cost. Silhouettes can also be ordered online at thesilhouettelady.com by April 27th for delivery by May 1st .
This fundraising event benefits the education programs of the Museum of Darien. Other activities for the Open House event include tours of the Bates Scofield House from 1-3pm by teen tour guides and admission to the new impressionist exhibit, State of Inspiration: CT Artist Colonies, in the Scofield Barn from 10am- 4pm. These activities are free of charge with a $5 suggested donation. The Museum of Darien is located at 45 Old Kings highway in Darien.
